SportsSignal Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

SportsSignal is intended for individuals 21 years of age or older.

By using SportsSignal, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

SportsSignal does not currently provide age-verification services. You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to access and use the Service where you are located.

2. What SportsSignal Does

SportsSignal is a sports information and notification service.

The Service may provide live scores, schedules, sports information, betting-line information, and notifications based on conditions configured by the user.

SportsSignal currently supports live functionality for MLB, NFL, and NCAA Football. SportsSignal may add additional sports, leagues, features, or functionality in the future.

SportsSignal does not guarantee that any particular sport, league, alert type, or feature will always be available.

3. Sports Betting Disclaimer

SportsSignal is not a sportsbook and is not a gambling platform.

SportsSignal:

• Does not accept wagers.
• Does not accept deposits or withdrawals.
• Does not process betting transactions.
• Does not hold betting funds.
• Does not connect to sportsbook accounts.
• Does not provide sportsbook account credentials.
• Does not facilitate the placement of wagers.

SportsSignal may display betting-related information, including moneylines, spreads/run lines, totals, and other information obtained from third-party sources.

SportsSignal does not recommend or guarantee any particular wager or betting outcome.

You are solely responsible for determining whether wagering is legal and appropriate for you and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Sports Data and Alerts

SportsSignal relies on third-party providers for sports scores, schedules, odds, and other information.

These providers currently include TheSports, SportsDataIO, The Odds API, CollegeFootballData, and MLB StatsAPI.

Because SportsSignal relies on third-party data and automated systems, information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

Alerts are generated using automated systems and delivered on a best-effort basis.

SportsSignal does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of scores or odds.
• The accuracy or completeness of an alert.
• That every qualifying event will generate an alert.
• That an alert will be delivered.
• That an alert will be delivered immediately.
• That notifications will be received by your device.
• That the Service will be continuously available.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

5. Your Account

An account is required to use SportsSignal.

You may create an account using available authentication methods, including email/password or supported third-party authentication providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You may not use another person’s account without authorization.

6. Your SportsSignal Settings and Content

SportsSignal allows you to configure settings such as:

• Alert rules and thresholds
• Teams and games you follow
• Sports preferences
• Notification preferences
• Preferred sportsbook
• Other available Service preferences

You remain responsible for the settings and information you configure.

SportsSignal does not currently provide a public posting, messaging, commenting, or user-content platform.

7. SportsSignal Pro

SportsSignal may offer paid subscription functionality under the SportsSignal Pro tier.

SportsSignal Pro is currently offered at $4.99 per month through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and is managed through RevenueCat.

The applicable price and subscription terms will be presented through the applicable purchase interface at the time of purchase. Pricing may change for future subscription periods.

Billing

Apple processes payments and manages billing for purchases made through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

SportsSignal does not receive or store your payment card or bank-account information.

Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms presented by Apple at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

Subscription cancellation is handled through Apple’s subscription-management system.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal while allowing access to applicable paid features through the remainder of the current subscription period.

Refunds

SportsSignal does not process refunds directly.

Refunds for Apple purchases are handled through Apple’s applicable processes and policies.

Restore Purchases

SportsSignal may provide a Restore Purchases function to help restore an eligible Apple purchase.

Subscription status and entitlement are determined by the applicable subscription systems and SportsSignal’s server-side entitlement records.

8. Complimentary and Promotional Access

SportsSignal may provide complimentary, promotional, founder, beta, or other non-purchased access to certain users.

Such access may be granted independently of an Apple subscription.

The availability and duration of complimentary or promotional access may be determined by SportsSignal.

9. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your SportsSignal account using the account-deletion functionality provided within the application.

Account deletion permanently removes your SportsSignal account and associated application data.

Deleting your SportsSignal account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

If you have an active Apple subscription, you must manage or cancel that subscription through Apple’s subscription-management system.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SportsSignal in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user’s account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or entitlement restrictions.
• Abuse automated systems or infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise improperly extract the underlying software, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Service to distribute malicious software or harmful code.
• Misrepresent SportsSignal as a sportsbook, gambling operator, or service affiliated with a sportsbook.
• Use the Service in a manner that could materially harm SportsSignal or its users.

11. Intellectual Property

SportsSignal and its underlying software, interface, design, branding, logos, alert definitions, evaluation systems, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SVX Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Service only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

SportsSignal does not claim ownership of third-party sports data, scores, schedules, odds, team names, school names, league names, or third-party trademarks.

Third-party names, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Services

SportsSignal relies on third-party services to provide portions of the Service.

These may include authentication providers, hosting providers, Apple, RevenueCat, OneSignal, sports-data providers, odds providers, email providers, and other infrastructure providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

SportsSignal is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

13. Service Availability

SportsSignal is provided on an ongoing, best-effort basis.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit portions of the Service, including individual sports, alert types, or features, at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

SportsSignal does not warrant that the Service or information provided through the Service will be:

• Accurate;
• Complete;
• Current;
• Uninterrupted;
• Error-free;
• Available at all times; or
• Delivered within any particular timeframe.

SportsSignal provides information and notifications and does not provide financial, investment, legal, gambling, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for how you use information provided by the Service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVX Technologies LLC and SportsSignal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes damages or losses resulting from reliance on sports information, scores, odds, alerts, notification timing, service interruptions, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Changes to the Service

SportsSignal may add, modify, or remove features from the Service over time.

This may include additional sports, leagues, notification types, fantasy-related functionality, or other sports-information features.

We do not guarantee that any announced, planned, or future feature will ultimately be released.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Service or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of SportsSignal after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts located in the State of Ohio.
